Course Description
This Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) training is delivered on-site at your business location. The training starts with a health and safety presentation using a laptop, followed by a video. After the theory session, participants will engage in practical training and assessment. Ideally, we need a room for the theoretical portion and some empty pallets for the practical exercises, but we are flexible and can work with whatever space is available.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a training certificate, which complies with UK law and insurance requirements. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends refresher training every five years.
We understand that on-site training may involve interruptions, such as staff being pulled away, and we are happy to accommodate these situations and work with the space provided.

- Conducting daily pre-use inspections and maintenance
- Handling unladen and loaded pallets
- Battery care and maintenance
- Practical test of operating skills
