Additional resources and helplines are also available to support employees in learning more or reporting any concerns.

Actions to Combat Modern Slavery

Ion Man Limited has implemented the following measures to support our commitment:

  • Commitment in Policy: Modern slavery principles are outlined in our DSG employee handbook.
  • Training and Awareness: Delivered Modern Slavery Awareness training in collaboration with the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Conducted workshops with clients and supply chain members to share best practices and strengthen processes that reduce modern slavery risks in the workforce.
  • Accreditation: Achieved CITB Be Fair Framework accreditation, becoming the first UK labour supply company to receive this recognition.
  • Regular Monitoring: Engaged with the FIR Steering Group to review industry developments, monitor labour exploitation risks, and establish measurable KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015

To meet the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, Ion Man Limited will disclose and publish the following information annually:

  1. The organization’s structure and business operations.
  2. Policies addressing slavery and human trafficking.
  3. Due diligence processes to identify and mitigate slavery and human trafficking risks.
  4. Areas of the business where risks of slavery and human trafficking exist, along with actions taken to address those risks.
  5. Effectiveness of these efforts, measured through relevant performance indicators.
  6. Training provided to employees throughout the organization.

Ongoing Improvement

Ion Man Limited will review and update this Modern Slavery and Anti-Human Trafficking Policy Statement annually. Progress against targets and key updates will be included in the next annual report.
