ION MAN Limited was founded in 2016 with a clear vision: to close the gap between the growing demands of the UK’s rail, track, and construction industries and the need for a skilled, safety-first workforce. From the very beginning, we understood that people are the foundation of every project. A
strong, qualified workforce isn’t just about numbers — it’s about competence, safety, and reliability. That belief became the driving force behind ION MAN’s journey.

Why We Started
In 2016, the industry was facing a challenge:

• RISQS certification, giving clients full confidence in compliance and safety.
• Approval as a CITB and Pearson VUE test centre, enabling us to deliver CSCS and CPCS testing with instant results.
• A reputation for supplying a wide range of certified professionals — from PTS Labourers and ICI staff to OLEC operatives and COSS Competent personnel.
