Additional resources and helplines are also available to support employees in learning more or reporting any concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Actions to Combat Modern Slavery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ion Man Limited has implemented the following measures to support our commitment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Commitment in Policy<\/strong>: Modern slavery principles are outlined in our DSG employee handbook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Training and Awareness<\/strong>: Delivered Modern Slavery Awareness training in collaboration with the Supply Chain Sustainability School.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knowledge Sharing<\/strong>: Conducted workshops with clients and supply chain members to share best practices and strengthen processes that reduce modern slavery risks in the workforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accreditation<\/strong>: Achieved CITB Be Fair Framework accreditation, becoming the first UK labour supply company to receive this recognition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regular Monitoring<\/strong>: Engaged with the FIR Steering Group to review industry developments, monitor labour exploitation risks, and establish measurable KPIs to drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To meet the requirements of the&nbsp;<strong>Modern Slavery Act 2015<\/strong>, Ion Man Limited will disclose and publish the following information annually:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The organization\u2019s structure and business operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Policies addressing slavery and human trafficking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due diligence processes to identify and mitigate slavery and human trafficking risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Areas of the business where risks of slavery and human trafficking exist, along with actions taken to address those risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectiveness of these efforts, measured through relevant performance indicators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training provided to employees throughout the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ongoing Improvement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ion Man Limited will review and update this Modern Slavery and Anti-Human Trafficking Policy Statement annually.
