This on-site Stacker Truck training is conducted at your business location. The training begins with a health and safety presentation, followed by a video. After the theory session, participants will move on to practical training and assessment. Ideally, we will need a room for the theory portion and some empty pallets for the practical exercises, but we can adapt to the available space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon successful completion, candidates will receive a training certificate that complies with UK law and meets insurance requirements. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends that refresher training be undertaken every five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We understand that on-site training may involve interruptions, such as staff being pulled away, and we are happy to accommodate these situations and work with the available space.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

  • Familiarizing with truck controls and instruments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Following the operator\u2019s safety code<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Weight and stability assessments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Safety video presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Starting, operating, and stopping the stacker truck<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Knowledge check<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maneuvering in both open and confined areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Introduction to the specific lift truck model<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Operating hydraulic controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conducting daily pre-use inspections and maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Stacking and de-stacking at different heights<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Battery care and maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Practical test of basic operating skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
